Scheduled #AutChat sessions take place on Sundays, 1pm Pacific / 4pm Eastern / 8pm UTC / 9pm BST. These chats take the form of moderated conversations on topics suggested by autistic community members.
The #AutChat hashtag is open for autistic and neurodivergent people to use outside of scheduled chats.
